Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Customer Service Excellence:

    • Deliver outstanding service to customers by assisting with various banking transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
    • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and courteously, creating a welcoming environment for our clients.
  2. Account Management:

    • Provide assistance with customer account openings, maintenance, and inquiries, ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
    • Educate customers on available banking products and services, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial needs.
  3. Complaint Handling:

    • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for the customer and the bank.
    • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism when dealing with challenging situations, striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Cross-Selling Banking Products:

    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products, such as loans, credit cards, and investment services, based on customer needs.
    • Actively promote and provide information on various banking products to customers, contributing to the bank’s overall sales objectives.
  5. Compliance and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer transactions.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions to support efficient banking operations.

Job Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
  • Work Experience:

    • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in roles such as Teller or Customer Service is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions.
    • A solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulations is required to assist customers effectively.
  • Specialization:

    • Preferably, candidates should have experience in Banking/Financial Services or a related field, but non-management and non-supervisor roles will be considered.
