We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Manager – Purchase to join our team at our Gurgaon Head Office. If you have a strong background in the infrastructure industry, particularly in highways, we want to hear from you!

Position: Senior Manager – Purchase

Location: Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with company goals and industry best practices.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier capabilities to identify new opportunities and enhance purchasing efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure the availability of materials needed for ongoing projects.
• Budget Management: Oversee purchasing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and maximizing value for the organization.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market conditions to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure industry, specifically in highways.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office is a must.
• Attributes: A proactive approach, ability to work under pressure, and excellent problem-solving skills.
