Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
    • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
    • Train, develop, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Sales and Marketing:

    • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and drive traffic to the store.
  • Inventory Management:

    • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
  • Financial Management:

    • Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
    • Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance against targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (9-15 years) in a managerial role within the QSR, manufacturing, automobile, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
