Open Positions
We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Assistant Manager / Club Manager - Food & Beverage (FnB)
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to curate an exceptional dining experience.
Assistant Manager - Sales
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Local experience is mandatory to understand market dynamics.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Captain (Male/Female)
- Lead a team of servers to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage dining operations, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
Steward (Male/Female)
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Support kitchen staff in food preparation and service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Accounts Assistant / Supervisor
- Manage daily financial transactions and recordkeeping.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Provide support to the accounting department as needed.
Requirements
To qualify for these positions, candidates should possess:
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a hotel or resort for the specific position is mandatory.
- Immediate Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
Salary & Benefits
At The BigWig Hotel & Spa, we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: Ranging from ₹11,000 to ₹30,000, depending on experience.
