Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in aligning our human resources practices with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role will serve as a crucial point of contact for internal teams, including HR, technology, and operational departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner in defining and transforming internal work processes, with a strong focus on employee development and learning (L&D), talent assessment and planning, and leadership techniques.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions critical to the success of our human capital strategy. You will be expected to:

  1. Strategic Alignment:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives to support those goals.
    • Conduct regular assessments of the organization’s workforce to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement.
  2. Talent Management:

    • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent that fits within the luxury sector.
    • Implement robust talent assessment frameworks to evaluate employee performance, potential, and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Facilitate succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  3. Employee Learning and Development:

    • Design and implement effective learning and development programs that cater to the diverse needs of our employees.
    • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions that drive employee engagement and performance.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage performance management systems that promote continuous feedback, coaching, and professional growth.
    • Work with managers to establish performance metrics and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  5. Leadership Development:

    • Champion leadership development initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and effectiveness.
  6. Workforce Planning:

    • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic workforce planning decisions.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to develop strategies for optimizing workforce productivity and engagement.
  7. Change Management:

    • Act as a change agent to facilitate organizational transformations, ensuring that HR practices adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Support teams through periods of transition by providing resources and guidance to manage change effectively.
  8. Employee Engagement:

    • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, conducting regular surveys to gather feedback.
    • Promote a positive organizational culture that reflects the values of the luxury sector.
  9. Policy Development:

    • Review and enhance HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop clear guidelines that foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR-related metrics and trends.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering, talent management, and employee development.
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, preferably within the luxury or high-end service sector.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive HR initiatives.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
