Job Responsibilities

Laundry Operations:

Collect, Sort, and Deliver: Efficiently collect, sort, and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning items, ensuring prompt service to maintain guest satisfaction.
Careful Handling: Handle all items with care, adhering to the hotel's quality and service standards to prevent damage or loss.
Organized Workspace: Maintain a neat and organized workspace to facilitate smooth laundry operations and enhance productivity.

Quality Control:

Inspection: Thoroughly inspect all laundry items for stains, damages, or discrepancies, taking immediate actions to rectify any issues, such as re-washing or repairing.
Cleanliness Compliance: Uphold cleanliness and organization within the laundry area, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Customer Service:

Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service to guests by addressing their laundry requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Professional Interaction: Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow team members to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Proactive Communication: Proactively communicate with guests to understand and fulfill their specific laundry needs, ensuring their expectations are met.

Inventory Management:

Supply Monitoring: Monitor and report on laundry supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

Experience:
