Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients to promote and sell a wide range of safety products and services tailored to their needs.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales growth and enhance market presence.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Research:
- Trends Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and monitor competitor activities within the safety sector.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine service offerings and enhance product quality.
Collaboration:
- Team Cooperation: Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve departmental goals and objectives effectively.
- Strategy Contribution: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:
- A preference for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, although this is not mandatory.
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent field is required to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.
Driving License:
- A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle are essential for this position to facilitate client visits and meetings.
Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
