1. Night Manager

As a Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the front desk operations, managing guest relations, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises. You will be the face of our hotel during the night, and your leadership will set the tone for guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front desk staff and manage nightly operations.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage the security of the hotel during night hours.
  • Prepare nightly reports and assist in the management of hotel revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel management role, preferably as a Night Manager or similar position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.

2. Sous Chef

We are also looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As the Sous Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in menu planning and development.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory and manage food cost effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent training.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Creativity and passion for food presentation and flavor.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
