Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations for an esteemed international hotel chain in the vibrant and diverse western region of India. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Strategic Direction:

    • As the Cluster General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across multiple properties, ensuring that each hotel operates in alignment with the company’s vision and values.
    • Develop and implement effective operational strategies that drive performance, enhance service delivery, and achieve the financial goals of the hotels within your cluster.
  2. Financial Management:

    • Oversee revenue growth and manage budgets effectively to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
    • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and to drive financial performance.
    • Implement cost control measures without compromising service quality, thereby maximizing the bottom line.
  3. Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure that all hotels within your purview meet and exceed our global brand standards for service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
    • Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing operational processes, enhancing guest experiences, and improving overall efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  4. Team Development and Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and personal growth.
    • Implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and align with their career aspirations while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
  5. Guest Relations and Brand Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with guests, stakeholders, and partners to enhance the brand presence and reputation within the market.
    • Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring that every guest feels valued and heard.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  6. Community Engagement:

    • Represent the hotel group at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.
    • Identify opportunities for local partnerships and collaborations that benefit the hotels and the community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:

    • Currently serving as a General Manager for an international hotel chain is highly preferred.
    • Proven track record in managing operations within international hotel chains, with a deep understanding of global hospitality standards.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on guest relations.
  • Qualifications:

    • A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Extensive knowledge of hotel management software and financial systems.
