Open Positions:

  1. Head Chef

    • Responsibilities:
      • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
      • Oversee menu development, focusing on creativity and cost management while maintaining excellent food quality.
      • Implement and uphold kitchen hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
      • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  2. Pastry Chef

    • Responsibilities:
      • Specialize in the creation of a diverse range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
      • Manage all pastry operations, ensuring consistency in quality and artistic presentation.
      • Experiment with new recipes and techniques to continually elevate the pastry offerings.
      • Supervise pastry staff and assist in training new team members.
  3. Chef de Partie

    • Responsibilities:
      • Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking food to the highest culinary standards.
      • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and efficient workflow.
      • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in your designated area.
      • Participate in inventory management and food cost control.
  4. Line Cook

    • Responsibilities:
      • Assist in food preparation and cooking across various sections of the kitchen as required.
      • Ensure that food is cooked and served promptly while strictly adhering to food safety standards.
      • Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
      • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cooking area.
  5. Kitchen Helper

    • Responsibilities:
      • Assist with fundamental kitchen tasks, including cleaning, food preparation, and organizing ingredients.
      • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
      • Help in receiving and storing food supplies and equipment.
      • Participate in maintaining kitchen inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Relevant experience in the culinary field is essential for all positions.
  • Local Hiring: Applicants must currently reside in Qatar and possess a valid QID (Qatar ID) and NOC (No Objection Certificate).
