Key Responsibilities
As the Manager - Organizational Performance, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's performance management strategy. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Developing Performance Metrics:
- Collaborate with various business units to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework.
- Ensure that metrics are tailored to reflect the specific goals and objectives of each department while contributing to the overall organizational strategy.
Monitoring and Analyzing KPIs:
- Regularly examine and monitor the performance of established KPIs to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern in KPI performance, providing insights to management for informed decision-making.
Root Cause Analysis:
- Facilitate root cause analysis sessions with relevant functions to understand the reasons behind any underperformance of KPIs.
- Utilize root cause analysis tools to identify and address performance gaps effectively.
Measuring Internal Business Processes:
- Ensure that the effectiveness of internal business processes is systematically measured and reported as part of the BSC scorecard for each function.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Implementing Change Management Framework:
- Implement and manage the Change Management Framework to enable the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Facilitate training and communication efforts to ensure that all team members understand and embrace change.
Executing Strategic Plans:
- Work closely with senior leadership to execute and implement strategic plans that align with long-term organizational goals.
- Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and adjust initiatives as necessary to ensure alignment with changing priorities.
Managing Cross-Functional Teams:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of performance improvement initiatives.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Provide regular updates on performance management initiatives, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Immediate Availability: We are looking for candidates who can join our team immediately.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Balanced Scorecard reporting and organizational performance management.
- Certification: Must be a certified Balanced Scorecard Practitioner with a proven track record of applying BSC methodologies in a professional setting.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytical tools to derive insights from data. Experience with root cause analysis tools is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to create presentations and reports that communicate performance insights effectively.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the real estate sector is preferable, as it will provide valuable context for our organizational performance initiatives.
