1. Head Chef – Join Our Culinary Team

Position Overview:

As the Head Chef, you will lead our kitchen team, setting the standard for excellence in food quality and presentation. Your passion for Pan-Asian and Japanese cuisine will be vital in crafting an innovative menu that reflects our luxury brand's ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Create and execute a groundbreaking sushi menu that highlights the artistry of Pan-Asian cuisine while aligning with our luxurious brand image.
  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to achieve consistency and excellence in food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory by sourcing the freshest ingredients and minimizing waste to maintain profitability.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborative Specials: Work closely with the executive chef and management to design seasonal specials and promotional events.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficient service in a high-volume environment.
  • Supplier Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee the best quality ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer feedback with professionalism, making necessary adjustments to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of culinary experience specializing in Pan-Asian and Japanese cuisine in high-end restaurants.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a high-volume kitchen and inspire a team.
  • Creativity: Innovative and forward-thinking approach to menu development.
  • Management Expertise: Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on team cohesion.
  • Inventory Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of inventory management and cost control practices.

2. Head Sushi Chef – Bring Your Expertise to Our Team

Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking a talented Head Sushi Chef to elevate our sushi offerings at our luxury restaurant in Morocco. If you have a passion for authentic sushi and a keen eye for presentation, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sushi Team Leadership: Lead the sushi preparation team, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and presentation in every dish.
  • Creative Menu Development: Design and execute unique and authentic sushi dishes that reflect our luxury brand.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Mentorship: Train and guide junior chefs to ensure consistency in preparation and service.
